Before you begin
Open the app online first and let it finish loading. Keep the same browser/device. The browser must retain its saved data.
Steps
- While online, check your school and choose your grade if prompted.
- Let the app load its school information. Visit the sections you expect to use.
- If the connection drops, reopen the installed app or a previously opened app address.
- Check Offline, Using saved data, or Last updated messages. Treat saved schedules and event details as potentially outdated.
- Reconnect and reopen the app. Allow it to refresh before relying on new changes.
Expected result
When a usable app page and school data have been saved, supported app views can reopen with cached information.
Troubleshooting
Saved data can include schedules, calendar days, announcements, events, athletics details, and resource listings. This does not guarantee cached photos, linked websites, downloadable files, or every date. The public website and administration are not offline workflows. Notification setup, preference saves, and new notification delivery need a connection. Choose or change your grade online; the saved grade is used offline.
If you see Schedules are unavailable offline, connect and load the app again. Clearing browser storage or device cleanup can remove saved content. Do not clear storage as the first recovery step.
