Resolve common problems and get help
A few checks can help distinguish connection problems from account or school setup issues.

Before you begin
Keep your school name, device/browser, and the exact error message handy. Never include passwords or invitation links in a support request.
Steps
- If you cannot sign in, check the invited email address and supplied sign-in link. Use the sign-in page's password-recovery link if needed. For access denied, ask your administrator to check current school or district access.
- If an invitation email is missing, check spam and your school's email filtering. Ask the inviting administrator to inspect the invitation status and use Resend Invite when appropriate.
- If the app will not load, reconnect, reopen the correct school address, and try a browser reload. If offline, follow the saved-data guidance.
- If notifications are missing, check device permission, connectivity, audience, and the school's availability of the feature.
- If Website changes are missing publicly, check that each edit was saved and the draft was published. Follow any conflict message before retrying.
- Contact your school office for incorrect school content. For dashboard or service problems, use the Sundial support contact supplied during onboarding or the Help link in first-login setup.
Expected result
You either recover the workflow or can give support a useful description of the problem.
Troubleshooting
Include the school name, page/feature, time of the problem, browser/device, exact message, and what you tried. A screenshot can help, but crop or redact personal information first. Do not clear browser data first when you depend on offline content. A missing feature may be disabled, rather than broken.
