Before you begin
Connect to the internet. Use Chrome and your school's Sundial link. Other browsers may use different installation menus.
Steps
- Open your school's Sundial website in Chrome.
- Choose School App and check the school name.
- Open Chrome's More menu. Look for Install and create shortcut, then Install, or the available Install app / Add to Home screen option.
- Follow the browser's confirmation steps.
- Check the school name and icon. Branding depends on your school's configured logo.
- Launch the new icon while online.
Expected result
You can open the School App from your device's app icon.
Troubleshooting
If no installation option appears, open the app directly in Chrome, update the browser, and check device restrictions. You can still use the app's web address. If the wrong school appears, verify your link before installing again.
